The Password of a DTS connection will return a
zero length string from SQL Server 7.0 Service Pack 2 onwards.
It was previously a read/write property, but was changed to write-only for security reasons. This change was originally
implemented as a post service pack 1 hotfix, and incorporated into subsequent 7.0
server packs as well as SQL 2000.
This is often encountered when trying to read the properties of the connection
for use when building an ADO connection string.
